Eugina Pierre I’ve been training with Arnold for my first white-collar boxing fight, and choosing him was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I picked him not just because he’s a professional boxer, but because he’s an incredible teacher. He breaks things down simply, clearly, and in a way that actually makes sense. It’s rare these days to find someone who can both box at a high level and train effectively. He’s also been helping me improve my endurance, stamina, and confidence, constantly pushing me out of my comfort zone so I can last those rounds in the ring. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to train in boxing or fitness. And on top of that, he’s genuinely friendly & approachable!

Jo Dale Ford LOVE this gym. I started out doing lots of classes, which are brilliant. Great trainers, good music, and fun but they also really push you and give you good instruction. I massively increased my fitness in my first year there. Then I started working with a Personal Trainer (Luke - who is amazing, highly recommend). Worked with Luke for a year and he helped me to get confident in the gym, using the machines and strength training. Its been transformational for me, Ive always been daunted about using an actual gym, but now Im in 4-5 days per week mainly doing my own thing and getting stronger and fitter all the time. Its also such a nice community and Ive met loads of people. Its a VIBE. Did I mention I love it?! Thanks MAD x
