Martin was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand and apply. Izzi was an inspiration, seeing her demonstrate the techniques with such confidence was amazing. Great facilities. classes mixed with people of all ages with no experience and great fighters with years of experience to help those. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of starting or moving club to come here.

No matter what your ability level, this gym will vastly improve your skill set. Ego free (This was important for me), the students are from all walks of life which makes the gym a great place for anyone. I love training here and I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of your ability / personal goals.
