Phil Hannabuss Once of the best fitness groups I have attended. When I wanted to get into fitness my initial thought was it had to be in a gym. I trained weights and did a few classes, however this never really helped me to progress.
Since starting with YFS, I have improved my technique and met some amazing people of all ages and we all work together on a common goal of improving our fitness level.
Tom leads an amazing class, with focus on technique and personal progress over the competitive nature I have experience in other classes.
Accepting I am also in the older generation, its nice to work out with a mixture of ages and abilities.
Well worth a trial class, you wont regret it !
