You can have pay monthly or pay as you go, which works for me in terms of schedule and everything else. What I like, particularly friendly people are really nice. And Simon style is, you know, you can go as hard or as easy as you like, but the main thing for him is just making sure that youre doing it properly. So hes always at hand. Keep bit of an eye on you and keep the pace and energy up for the sessions. So yeah, if youre thinking of trying something new. Yeah, I definitely recommend it.
