Dorking Brazilian Jiu-jitsu -

Rating: 4.9 /5
Dan W Koba BJJ club is a seriously great fun place to train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The instructor Dan is a very patient teacher and he has a great sense of humour too. Everyone at Koba BJJ is into helping each other out — it is genuinely a very friendly place to train. Highly recommended!

Get Me Back: Sarah Newman, cancer fitness specialist -

Rating: 5 /5
Isobel Brookes I signed up for Sarah’s breast cancer recovery programme as I was coming towards the end of my main treatments for breast cancer in 2025. I can’t recommend this enough, it’s helped me take back some control after months of being overwhelmed after surgery and chemotherapy. I’ve stuck with Sarah’s classes since (both live and recorded) because I know I’m reducing my risk of cancer recurrence and keeping my bones healthy. When I see the faces of other class participants on the screen at 7am it helps me feel less alone. This must be the longest I’ve ever stuck with an exercise programme in my life. I was fortunate to be able to join Sarah’s retreat in the Alps in September 2025-one of the best things I’ve done since my diagnosis. I would wholeheartedly recommend these events too-and you get to meet Sarah in person which was a highlight for me.

Gladiator Camp -

Rating: 5 /5
beverley I enjoy going to Gladiator Camp I have been a member for some years. The Gladiator family are a friendly group of like minded individuals. We want to keep fit and achieve our goals the best way we can. There are lots of sessions to choose from but I prefer the early mornings as leaves the rest of the day free to do whatever needs doing. The instructors are professional but there’s always a bit of banta and fun. I’d miss it if I couldn’t attend the session as I’d feel something was missing.

Wet Bikes ltd Guildford -

Rating: 5 /5
Sarah Brown After 10 years, Wet Bikes continues to be one of the best fitness experiences you can have. Perfect for all levels of ability. I began after serious back operations, this is the ideal exercise as the water alleviates any strain. The energy and enthusiasm from Giorgia and her team of instructors are second to none. The classes are well-structured, challenging, and fun and everyone is welcomed. Highly recommended!
