It’s private and intimate! It’s light and airy and there’s nothing intimidating about it. Here you get a workout tailored to your individual needs. There are only ever 3 or 4 people training at the same time. You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. A workout with weights and machines can be daunting but Harley is there every step of the way encouraging you and pushing you to your limit. Don’t procrastinate anymore- just go! You will feel amazing within weeks!

Rianna Henry I absolutely adore Jo at Lovehair, she has been such an incredible support to me in growing my business. I recently attended her Brand Only Course & it was the by far one of the best courses I have ever attended; she gave me so advice and support with a great vegetarian lunch.
