I’ve only been to two classes so far but already considering longer membership as I’ve not only enjoyed the classes but felt challenged in the best way. Finn Baxter Kennedy My favourite gym hands down. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and has everything you need. Quite small yet still has space for everyone. Never feels too small when youre working out. Would recommend and have recommended!

Adelaide Dacumos The fitness hangout truly is a wonderful aerial home. From the moment you walk in you will feel very welcome and safe which is so important. The rigs are well maintained the studio is always clean and the apparatus always feel secure. Jo and the instructors are all so friendly and supportive. It is clear that Jo has built a wonderful community where everyone feels comfortable and confident. There are plenty of opportunities to build strength and flexibility from a variety of classes to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this studio to anyone looking to find their aerial family!
