Miss S Edwards Ive been struggling with burnout over the past year, which recently led to bouts of dizziness. Thankfully, I discovered The Spine Health Center in Basingstoke, where I had the pleasure of being treated by Darcy, an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced osteopath. Darcy took the time to help me understand how stress was contributing to my symptoms, and after just a few appointments, I am already feeling so much better. I truly appreciate the personalised care and expertise he provides. I’ll definitely be returning to The Spine Health Center for any future back, neck, or dizziness issues. Highly recommended!

Haroon Malik DL Maidenhead staff are very welcoming and cordial. That’s a very nice quality of the place. The gym equipment, facilities, sitting areas and changing rooms are excellent. It’s a very nice ambience and cleanliness all around.

Jay Maria, is a fantastic. She is very, very intuitive with knowing where to go helping the body. We always have a laugh and I would genuinely recommend her to anyone who needs the service she provides

Fizzah Bhatti I have been doing pole fitness for 2 years now and my strength, confidence and flexibility has completely changed. Going to the gym VS pole fitness has enhanced my upper body especially. Maxine and Brenda are excellent teachers who always push and encourage you to try new things and show you what youre capable of. The classes is completely diverse with all ages, strengths and sizes- everyone is very supportive and makes you feel very comfortable and confident.

Alex Snazell-Holding Great price per month as a student. Has all the necessities and a few extras that you need for general fitness. Slightly small, and I wish they would rerack and clean up at the end of each day. Coming in when they open (7am is a bit late in my opinion), its quite frequently messy. Not overly messy, but still.

Oli G Seen massive improvements after regularly attending the Tuesday and Friday evening BJJ sessions. Great banterous atmosphere, amazing coaching, easy parking, big well kept facilities and still cheap.
