David Lloyd Maidenhead - (Near Berkshire, UK)

Zeshun Very interesting place. Equipment was not riped and there was no waiting queue. Did not overcharge us £12 and was very nice experience. The staff was kind especially "manger" Jade. Arms were not crossed and no eye rolling. Food was good I guess and not burnt. Free socks how nice. Loved it will visit it soon. The 1.2M wasnt that bad. The laser tag was fun and delightful. I loved the ninja maze it made me feel happy. Free fall was calm. Bit too small.

Mitch Mckee Great little 24 hour gym. Can be far too busy in the evenings for my liking so training in the morning is best for me. It can still get a bit busy after 7 but generally you can find something to train on. If you train before 7am the others there are great fun, its a really good atmosphere and group of people that train early. Dominique Smith is almost always there before 6am and always happy to help out and lend a hand when she can. Shes a great PT with loads of knowledge. The gym itself has something for everyone and the resistance machines will cover most areas of the body for a workout and if not to your liking they have a wide range of dumbbells that can be used too.

Maidenhead is a market town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead , this is a great place and it is still growing with new buildings going up , good place to live in , with lots of shops and restaurants and bars , and walks , would be back here again :)
