Jean-Louis L I just spent a week near Montpellier (France) in a yoga session teached by Uday. He is a very patient teacher, who explains very well the detail of each postures and who really tries to transmit his deep knowledge of Iyengar Yoga . A great week for my own practice!

Kaz S Uyen is absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing her for the last 5 weeks and I have noticed a huge difference in myself. I often feel stressed & tense, but Uyens methods have worked amazingly for me. I feel so at ease after each session, she has a wonderful aura. I had a private lesson with Uyen and worked on reducing the weight of negative emotions. We focused on being more grounded and did some yoga poses to assist with this. We also did a guided meditation. I genuinely felt so uplifted after the session, I felt present and so calm afterwards - it is the first time Ive felt that way. I highly recommend Uyen, she is so brilliant and I always look forward to our future sessions. Thank you so much! Kaz x

angelina dolan Brilliant diagnosis of why my shoulder was always hurting and how to fit it! Kate amazing flexible too so manages to also have 15minutes reflexology after shoulder work perfect combination! Highly recommend Kate and Leo studio all staff friendly and kind !

Ines I fell in love with Hitsona after my very first workout.. This is not a typical gym ..It is a welcoming commununity where everyone supports each other. The atmosphere is free of intimidation and full of amazing people. The workouts are fantastic with small group classes that are focused.If youre on the fence, come check it out ..Youll love it!
