5 /5 Jean-Louis L: I just spent a week near Montpellier (France) in a yoga session teached by Uday. He is a very patient teacher, who explains very well the detail of each postures and who really tries to transmit his deep knowledge of Iyengar Yoga . A great week for my own practice!
