Jenny Holford I thoroughly enjoy Nicolas classes - the hour goes by before you know it! Nicola is a very "tuned in" teacher and I feel very supported in her class. Shes quick to "tweak" you when necessary. Ive always done yoga but my introduction to Pilates through Nicola has been really positive.

Neil Spooner I love these sessions... theyre fun, get you outside, meeting great people and different every time. The instructors really do make sure everyone’s fitness levels are catered for and very encouraging.

Dee Marsh Ive attended Nancys classes for the last 6 years and have loved every one. She is a brilliant teacher, her instructions are always clear and she manages to challenge us while ensuring we are working within any personal limitations/injuries. She knows all her students by name and looks out for us all in class, giving individual prompts if needed, even in her zoom classes! Every class is different but I always leave feeling fantastic.
