5 /5 Sarah Wilson: I was introduced to yoga just over two years ago, by my swimming friend, also a keen yogi. I had problems with my lower back and my physio said yoga and Pilates will help build up my core strength, which I needed to protect my back. My first practice was with Nancy, she is lovely, I am hooked. Nancy is a brilliant teacher. I knew nothing about yoga, except that I probably wouldn’t like it! How wrong could I be. I have been to three excellent workshops and get to as many drop in classes each week, that I can. Nancy has the amazing ability to make classes fun and hard work(if you want it), Her clear instructions and demonstrations of postures give even a novice a chance of joining in and learning from day one. Nancy also continues to learn and share with her yogis, which makes going to her classes interesting. You will never get bored with Nancy! Having babbled a lot, in short, I love Nancy’s yoga, and I feel great for it.
