Dave A fantastic club to join. I joined with my son, brother and his son, we wanted to learn and train together and it’s been a great opportunity for this. It’s a fun and disciplined, and the Sensai’s have a lot of patience. The focus isn’t to get you through your belts as quickly as possible, it’s about learning the correct way. I had no experience before joining and I’ve really enjoyed my journey, so far. I would recommend it to someone who has no experience as much as I would to someone who has previously trained and wants to get back into it.

Lucy C Really love training with One Element. Tom is a great trainer; hes got the balance just right between pushing you in the sessions but still making them enjoyable. After 6 weeks my fitness levels have improved a crazy amount and Ive met some amazing people. For the first time in my life I now look forward to exercise - this suits me much better than the gym.

Emma Bell Absolutely fantastic club for all the family! Andy, Danielle and the gang are wonderful. We’ve been with them since April and there really is no looking back. They are incredibly kind, patient and fantastic at what they do. They’ve made a massive difference to our lives and I have a son who is so focused and passionate about attending he drags me out the door. Couldn’t recommend them enough. And ladies class is incredible. Overall outstanding academy for anyone who wants to feel part of the family, learn some new skills and be pushed to be better versions of yourself.
