Will Lewis As a complete beginner, my first experience of SoPilates was brilliant! With a professional instructor guiding the class through a balanced yet challenging workout, I’ve become a regular and am feeling the benefits of creating a balanced, strong and flexible body and mind. I’ve even tried a barre class or two which is great fun and a sweaty workout! All classes are taught by the fabulous and highly qualified Sophie, who is a dynamo in the classroom and delivers a knowledgable, dynamic class for all abilities. Give it a go and get hooked on the differences you’ll notice almost immediately. As a keen cyclist, pilates has provided the perfect complimentary exercise to help advance my fitness, strength, flexibility and recovery.
