Clio Channon A very welcoming studio with relatively low prices for a nail salon in London, with friendly and caring staff. The salon was also clean and the environment was overall hygienic. The lady who was in charge of me (I think her name is Rose) also offered me some water for free, something that I consider a green flag in a studio (especially in the summertime). I requested for a cat-eye style manicure, for which they had a selection of colours on display and I am IN LOVE with the result. Definitely visiting again next time I stay in London

U George It was my first time having my lashes done by Edita and she was such a babe. Very professional, clearly experienced and welcoming. Her studio was super clean and comfortable. She went through all the pre-appointment questions with me and then did a consultation which included her asking what look I wanted (I showed her pictures of previous sets I had done elsewhere) and she confirmed what she could do. We also had a really lovely chat to get to know one another more. My lashes came out beautifully, I went for a Russian curly set. I’ve received many compliments. I’ve just been on holiday for a week and have had total retention despite sea water, swimming pools, extreme sauna heat and general hot weather. It looks like I’ve found my new lash tech! Thank you! ☺️

Sandra Knight I had my gel polish replaced on my finger nails & toe nails. Tom did an excellent job & they lasted for weeks. Does depend on the staff though!

Razvana Hussain Had an appointment booked after the availability was shown online, paid and drive 45 minutes only for no-one to be at the premises. On calling I was cut off and received texts to inform me she would not be available as was on a training course! Given the circumstances you’d have thought she would pick up the phone and offer a sincere apology for the situation but instead she hid behind text messages and then proceeded to tell me I could get a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay more and deal with someone who knows how to look after their customers

Chelsea Lovick I came to Chris to have my nails done for my wedding, I had an idea of what I wanted and Chris made it happen!! Very professional, a lovely calm and relaxing environment! Would highly recommend Chris to anyone!! Thankyou for making my nails look beautiful! X
