1 /5 Jim Anderson: Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I have been going to this massage shop for years and never had any problem but this receptionist Aisha was so rude and unprofessional. I paid for my session which I booked over the phone and she showed me the room where I changed and was waiting for the masseuse to come. Aisha knocked the door and asked me put my clothes back on and come outside as the masseuse is not going to be free for next 20 minutes. So, I changed and got out of the room and sat on the chairs opposite to the reception. She waited for 5 minutes and then goes “you will have to go outside and come back when its your time” I was like why. I felt humiliated and asked for a refund straight away. I will never be visiting this place again.

1 /5 NN: Horrible experience, this is not a professional establishment. Went for a relaxation massage and the therapist that saw me started touching close to my private area then asked if i wanted "extra". Very unprofessional and inappropriate soliciting sexual favours, I felt violated and Im sure this is illegal. If you want a professional massage then avoid this place at all costs.

1 /5 MHZ: Not good. Asked for deep tissue, had a lot of neck pain and the therapist was just gently massaging me with no skills! It was the most basic massage ever, such a waste of time and no pressure. I did friendly mention throughout where the pain is and if she could focus more on the neck area. The receptionist was very friendly though. I didn’t know about the happy ending that some ppl commented on but my husband when he picked me up noticed straight away by the way the place looked from the outside and the hours that it’s open that something like that might happen there. As I said never ever again!
