5 /5 Ashiyana Desay: Had an amazing experience at this salon for my wedding nails. Bahar was so lovely and professional, asked me what look I wanted and recreated the natural classy french tip design I wanted perfectly.

2 /5 Vmik: So I have thought very hard about whether to post this review because, the two ladies who work here are genuinely very nice and friendly. However, I will not come back here simply because the place is dirty. I am attaching photographs which I took whilst I was there and the photos speak for themselves. In one of the photos you can see the little headband they used on me when working on my face and if I had known it was that dirty I would have never agreed to have it on my skin. Again, I really liked the friendliness of the two ladies who work here but, the lack of cleanliness made me quite uncomfortable and I won’t be back.

1 /5 jennifer leali: HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD! Ive visited the salon today for the 1st time, and even tho the receptionist was friendly, the salon and the service left me very disappointed. The salon is overall very dirty. Equipment is not well kept, dust is everywhere, and tools are not sterilised. Keep in mind I visited in the morning, and the salon was empty, so the excuse of being busy doesnt work. Ive been led to a small and piping hot room. Towel wete smelly and overall tools left me concerned. I was not amused to see the attendant dipping over and over the same wooden stick she was using to wax my private parts in the old wax pot. That could easily transfer some skin diseases and some std considering that the same wax container where you scrape the excess from the same spatula does not heat up and definitely not cleaned after very customer. Bacterias like streptococcus and staphylococcus can easily survive, and non curable STD like herpes or genital warts can also stay there. Very bad experience. Also because even if I asked multiple times to hold the skin tight before pulling, the lady did not and as you can see from the pictures I ended up with a bruised vagina and some skin ripped off due to the wax being too hot and waxed it multiple times in the same area. If Ill develop skin conditions or, worse, Ill unfortunately have to prosecute the salon as this is a health and safety hazard

5 /5 H: I got my nails done here today by Bahar, and it was a great experience. She was so kind, she was on time, she was efficient, she really paid attention to making sure the nails looked good. It was also really affordable, other places were asking for like £20-£50 more. The real important part though was when I wasn’t happy with the design on a couple of the nails, and I find it really anxiety inducing to speak up and say something in that situation, but I did, and Bahar was so nice about it. She spent probably an extra half an hour, making sure that I was happy with the style and the design, she could tell when I wanted more and I just didn’t feel up to saying it, and she stuck with me until it was right, and I think they’re beautiful. She was so kind about it. She didn’t make me feel any type of way about it, I really trust her and would definitely go back! Thank you so much!
