1 /5 Razvana Hussain: Had an appointment booked after the availability was shown online, paid and drive 45 minutes only for no-one to be at the premises. On calling I was cut off and received texts to inform me she would not be available as was on a training course! Given the circumstances you’d have thought she would pick up the phone and offer a sincere apology for the situation but instead she hid behind text messages and then proceeded to tell me I could get a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay more and deal with someone who knows how to look after their customers
