Nadia I chose the Cupping Den after seeing the zen studio set up and its levels of cleanliness online. I had a lymphatic drainage massage and Hijama both for the first time. Chay was super calming and helped ease all my worries about the process and what it entails. I came in with a lot of lower back pain and tense/ stiff shoulders. I felt so much lighter after. The treatment itself was amazing, but the conversations and Chays company made it even better. Hoping to visit again soon!
