Very professional, clearly experienced and welcoming. Her studio was super clean and comfortable.
She went through all the pre-appointment questions with me and then did a consultation which included her asking what look I wanted (I showed her pictures of previous sets I had done elsewhere) and she confirmed what she could do. We also had a really lovely chat to get to know one another more.
My lashes came out beautifully, I went for a Russian curly set.
I’ve received many compliments. I’ve just been on holiday for a week and have had total retention despite sea water, swimming pools, extreme sauna heat and general hot weather.
It looks like I’ve found my new lash tech!
