Jade Wise My son joined last year with little to no confidence and poor self esteem. All of the senseis have encouraged, supported, taught and disciplined him and I can not thank them enough. Theyve continued to point him in the right direction and given him the confidence and belief in himself he so needed. His fitness levels have improved massively and he now enjoys being active and learning, whilst having fun in a really family focused environment.

abby stangroom I have recently started pilates with Trudi and it is something i look forward to each week, after every session i feel so good within myself. The sessions are fun and so good to feel the burn, you definitely feel it the next day! Trudi is a great teacher and so motivating, I can’t wait to get started with the Monday sessions again!

Theodore Abbott Ive lived all over the country so have seen my fair share, this is easily the best gym I have ever been to. Never too busy, can play your own music if there isnt a class on. Brilliant staff. All the high quality equipment you could want. Only negative is the upright benches are a bit wobbly but Ive only ever been to one gym where they werent (Golds LA).

Haroon Malik DL Maidenhead staff are very welcoming and cordial. That’s a very nice quality of the place. The gym equipment, facilities, sitting areas and changing rooms are excellent. It’s a very nice ambience and cleanliness all around.

GINA BECK My stepson 11 and my daughter 6 have been going to Blaze Windsor for years. The owner Justyn has always been extremely welcoming and enthusiastic and it’s been a real pleasure taking the kids every week and watching them grow in confidence. It’s the one club we’ve never had to fight with the kids over going to every week! All the coaches and instructing team are brilliant and there’s great progression with the belts system which means they are always striving to move up a level and improve themselves. Our eldest really enjoys the sparring part of Blaze and has expressed interest in becoming a coach himself one day. The lessons also run all through school holidays, not just a term time club unlike most. We love Blaze!
