Neil&Susan P When my previous Pilates teacher moved from the area, I was keen to find someone with the same knowledge and skills to be able to continue practicing an exercise I love. I found her in Lucy at Resilience Pilates. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable and perceptive: able to identify my bodys strengths and weaknesses. Shes a brilliant teacher using clear, concise instructions with additional demonstrations when needed. Each lessons are well thought out and take place in her well equipped studio.

Brendan has great knowledge of both cardiovascular and muscular exercises and will always show me how to do specific exercises and improve my form when needed.

AV CLEANS Had a free membership trial and ended up joining. Rebecca was amazing and walked me through the whole process, even though she was about to go on annual leave. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience really easy. Great club with excellent facilities. Worth joining the Oxford club as you can still get access to Bicester due to them being in the same tier. Rebecca and Jake are a real credit to the team.
