Hilary Foakes I have been attending Juliette’s classes for over 15 years, and in the last few years my husband has started them too. Juliette is a fantastic teacher and her cheerful, relaxed and nurturing style makes her classes a pleasure. With her background as a physiotherapist, she is also able to help individuals to adapt exercises to suit their needs and aid recovery from injury. In fact she takes a great interest in all of her clients and provides tailored advice and feedback.

Lise Castagnoli Nikki is brilliant at what she does. After only 10 sessions Im just over 9kg lighter and overall I feel stronger, happier and healthier and its all thanks to Nikkis guidance and support. She tailored our 1:1 sessions and gave me nutritional advice to help me reach my goals. If youd asked me to do a press up 10 weeks ago I would have laughed in your face but now I can do press ups and planks! Nikki will push you to do more because she knows that you can do it and genuinely wants you to succeed. Thank you, Nikki. Im so grateful.

Evelyn Fenton I have attended Nikkis classes for over a year now and find them very helpful in dealing with specific issues as well as overall wellness. Nikki is very knowledgeable about Yoga and its benefits for well being. I have found her classes both relaxing and informative. Her style of teaching is very friendly, relaxed and full of humour. The classes encourage continuing with Yoga practice at home.

Angus Batterham MVMNT BOX has been such a positive and welcoming community to have joined 6 months ago. Tom and Becky have created an incredible atmosphere to work out safely and enjoyably and to meet a bunch of new amazing people! They really know their stuff and are supportive of absolutely everyone. The best gym I’ve been to hands down (because they teach handstands!). Can’t recommend highly enough to anyone of all ages that wants to keep healthy and have fun doing it!

Christopher Whalen What a lovely place to swim! It’s 200m long and a wonderful way to cool down at the end of a hot summer’s day. You need to wear a bright swim hat and use a tow float. There are changing rooms but we usually get ready at the side of the lake. You can buy 10 swims for £60. Swim hats are sold at the reception and you can hire a tow float for £1. 4 lengths of this lake are the equivalent of 32 lengths in a normal 25m indoor leisure centre pool.
