5 /5 Angus Batterham: MVMNT BOX has been such a positive and welcoming community to have joined 6 months ago. Tom and Becky have created an incredible atmosphere to work out safely and enjoyably and to meet a bunch of new amazing people! They really know their stuff and are supportive of absolutely everyone. The best gym I’ve been to hands down (because they teach handstands!). Can’t recommend highly enough to anyone of all ages that wants to keep healthy and have fun doing it!

5 /5 Sam Smith: Ive just completed 12 months with MVMNT BOX, which is approximately 10 months longer than Ive ever lasted in any typical conventional gym. This place is different, its a game changer. Tom and Becky are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, regardless of fitness levels or ability and theyre great at motivating you to crack on and improve. Ive loved seeing progress over the last 12 months, this gym is addictive and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone no matter what level youre at. The community here is like nothing Ive experienced before, theres no egos and everyone supports each other to progress and succeed. I love the team workouts on a Saturday! The regular organised socials are an added bonus. The option to join the sessions on nutrition is great, having this knowledge only supports the training. Having readily available meals post workout is also very convenient!

Becky and Tom are both incredible coaches and the training is super varied and fun. Its become my favourite place to be! I absolutely love seeing my strength and flexibility improve and I cant imagine training anywhere else ❤️

It’s such a positive space where everyone, no matter their fitness level or experience, feels supported and encouraged. You never forget a moment feel judged. The coaches here are fantastic. They bring so much knowledge and experience to every class, and you can tell they genuinely care about your progress and wellbeing. I’ve learnt so many new skills since joining in January and have even hit a few new PBs! Highly recommend!
