5 /5 Lindsey Thompson: I really enjoy Rebeccas classes, they are effective and there is good variety of movements and focus each week. Rebecca is a great instructor with plenty of experience and she guides you through the moves thoroughly so that youre keeping safe. A thumbs up from me!

5 /5 Fi Holliday: Rebecca is an absolutely brilliant Pilates teacher. She is friendly, understanding, welcoming and funny. I have never done the same routine with her twice and have been going to her classes for years now. She clearly puts so much thought and planning into every lesson and is really engaged with every class and every person in the class. She always provides multiple difficulty options making her classes accessible for everyone. I love how she guides us into making sure we are actually engaging the correct muscles and find she demystifies a lot of the techniques, where many pilates teachers let you get on with it to the detriment of your work out. My health generally has improved hugely since taking her classes, and so has my confidence. I cannot praise her highly enough!
