Juliette Parisi Dom has helped me for the past year and half, following a ruptured knee ACL volleyball injury. He got me prepared for the surgery and then planned my whole rehab and return to sport following the surgery. It was great to know the full timeline with milestones determined by a series of tests with criteria which would clearly highlight if I was ready to move on to the next stage of the Rehab plan, or not. Dom always listened, and explained where the pain came from and if it was something to worry about or something to work through it. Doms approach gave me confidence to fully return to sport, without worrying of re-injury. So far so good! Thanks Dom.

I found her in Lucy at Resilience Pilates. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable and perceptive: able to identify my bodys strengths and weaknesses. Shes a brilliant teacher using clear, concise instructions with additional demonstrations when needed. Each lessons are well thought out and take place in her well equipped studio.
