abby easter I have been at P6 for 18months now and it is the most welcoming and friendly gym, it’s not just a gym but the community it has built is amazing to be part of. Having the ability to train with like-minded individuals has shown I can push further than I thought I could, my strength, mobility, gymnastics and overall fitness has greatly improved with Ollie’s excellent programming. P6 has also opened my eyes to Hyrox and since then I have competed as singles and doubles and I absolutely love it!

Roo Davies I’ve been a member of Invictus for nearly a year and it’s been a game changer for me. The early opening times on every day mean that I can train before work. There is so much equipment, kit and space that even when it’s very busy you can have a decent workout. I’ve met some really great friendly people too. I have heard that the classes are great too but I use the gym. Great place! Highly recommend

Luisa Doughty Great first session with Sophie. She really listened and gave amazing treatment, I feel better already (less than 24hours later). She explained everything clearly and has given me stretches to keep helping. Cannot recommend enough!

Robert Arnold My 2 daughters are doing well in there Martial arts lessons and they tell me they really enjoy it. My daughter who struggles with some social activities is allways waking up eager to go, so its an easy 5 stars from me.
