A big win for me, was choosing to go first thing in the morning, a few times a week. That one hour, right before my day got crazy, became my reset button, no excuses. Getting it done early gave me an immediate "I did the thing" feeling and that carried through the rest of the day. It replaced that morning dread with real, solid energy and gave me the mental clarity I needed. And the longer I went, the more my confidence grew.
Weights for Soul is so much more than a gym. The support system is incredible. The instructors are the best—they coach you perfectly and always cheer you on without making you feel judged.
