Lindsey Thompson I really enjoy Rebeccas classes, they are effective and there is good variety of movements and focus each week. Rebecca is a great instructor with plenty of experience and she guides you through the moves thoroughly so that youre keeping safe. A thumbs up from me!

Charlie Johnston ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cotswold Training Club is fantastic. The personal training is top quality and great value, and the whole place has a chilled, welcoming feel. The music and the general vibe make every session something to look forward to. Jack, Em and Drew are all lovely. They encourage you, push you to believe in yourself and somehow make the hard work fun. As someone who hasn’t been near a gym in years, they’ve been so supportive and have really met me where I am. I’m so happy I joined and I’d recommend the team and their approach to anyone who wants to get fit in a structured but relaxed, fun environment.

Juliette Parisi Dom has helped me for the past year and half, following a ruptured knee ACL volleyball injury. He got me prepared for the surgery and then planned my whole rehab and return to sport following the surgery. It was great to know the full timeline with milestones determined by a series of tests with criteria which would clearly highlight if I was ready to move on to the next stage of the Rehab plan, or not. Dom always listened, and explained where the pain came from and if it was something to worry about or something to work through it. Doms approach gave me confidence to fully return to sport, without worrying of re-injury. So far so good! Thanks Dom.

Chloe Poole I did a sound bath yesterday with Zelda and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience! The studio is so beautiful, I would recommend a visit!❤️
