Hannah Lloyd Hall Training has been such a refreshing change from any gym experience I’ve had before. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive, and genuinely community focused. The trainers strike a great balance of pushing you while still making you feel comfortable and capable, and the members are also lovely and welcoming. It’s become a place I genuinely look forward to going to, because you never feel out of place and you can see your progress building session by session. It’s made a real difference to my confidence and consistency, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that shows up for you just as much as you show up for it.

After only 10 sessions Im just over 9kg lighter and overall I feel stronger, happier and healthier and its all thanks to Nikkis guidance and support. She tailored our 1:1 sessions and gave me nutritional advice to help me reach my goals. If youd asked me to do a press up 10 weeks ago I would have laughed in your face but now I can do press ups and planks! It really motivates me on a Monday, kick starting the week ahead with a great workout in a positive fun environment.
