Rujina Begum I’ve known and continue to be trained by Coach Mody for over 4 years now. Coach Mody has excellent knowledge in both strength training and nutrition. Mody taught me how to do body weight exercises, for instance, push ups and a newly acquired skill of doing a pull-up. Mody encourages my strength training by always picking heavier weights for me! Mody has essentially coached me out of daily energy drink consumption and continues to advocate high protein diet as well as including creatine intake.
What I particularly appreciate of these semi-private sessions, is the sense of community as everyone is supportive, I’ve noticed significant improvements in both my strength and confidence. I am now stronger in my 40s than in comparison to my 20s!
