The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and feels very welcoming. Booking was straightforward, and I appreciated the helpful reminders ahead of the appointment. cameron fariba I started CrossFit in January to get in shape for a wedding, since then I haven’t looked back and am fully addicted to it. This gym is great it has Great equipment and great coaches who all want to help you get better and push you to in every wod. I have to travel 4 times a week from Woking and even if there was a CrossFit gym opened in Woking I still drive to this gym.

Vicky Skidmore Daughter loves riding here. She has been here for over 7 years and has learnt so much. Debbie & Crystal are wonderful instructors who know their pony’s & horse’s.

laura hall I was brand new to reformer Pilates and Pauline has been amazing - she keeps such a close watch to make sure I’m doing the moves just right to get the maximum benefit. It’s so invigorating and I always leave feeling taller. I have never done a workout that makes me feel so good after. It’s incredibly challenging and I am working muscles in amazing ways I never have, hands down the best exercise I have ever done. Pauline is brilliant, she is so warm and friendly that class is a joy to attend!
