5 /5 Claire Jasinska: Emily’s classes are absolutely fantastic. I have been going to Strong classes for a while now and more recently I have started Zumba. (Strong being a bit like a HIIT class but instead of boot camp style, it is routines with different levels of fitness to music, it’s great fun if you have not tried before, both men and women attend) I can not express enough how positive I feel when I walk out the door after class. Emily is an amazing instructor, so friendly and passionate about people having a good time. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you have, she has got your back in class. I have never seen another instructor before that has the same energy as Emily, which really helps when you are having a sluggish/can’t be bothered to exercise day. I have also been to Emily’s Flowetic classes which I really enjoy (I would say this is a cross between lyrical dancing and yoga) which is great for wellbeing and it really helps you let go. There are not many opportunities as adults to just throw your body around to music and completely embrace the moment. All I can say is if you are looking to try a new class, for fitness, for dancing or for wellbeing, Emily will make you feel great and leave you with the feeling of wanting more. Thanks Emily!
