Natasha Pipe I have no regrets about joining Project Fitness & Nutrition, training with George is great, and he is very knowledgeable. In each session he encourages and motivates me to do more but also takes note of what exercises I am struggling with and adjust when needed. My fitness has improved immensely since joining in April, training sessions are never boring and I’m looking forward to continuing my training with George in 2023.
