Vivian Gray I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the variety of classes. Recently there has been a change of management and things are getting even better!

Joelene Galer Ive been going to two sessions a week at fit mk for three months now. My fitness levels are a lot better and I enjoy the variety of classes. They have times to suit everyone I always find a class I can fit in. Simon and Matt the drill instructors are brilliant and give you clear instructions and encouragement for the whole session. Even when there is a large group everyone is included. The first few weeks are tough and you will hurt but as you get stronger the aches subside so stick with it!

Olesya Liked strength class & Spin and working with my PT, Phil, he’s great! What I didn’t like was the small lockers and the layout at the entrance. When you walk in, there’s gym equipment right in the way and people exercising very close to the door. It felt a bit uncomfortable and intimidating as all eyes are on you when you walk in. I think the entrance area should be more open and equipment free to make it more welcoming. First impression is very important!

Nikki - N.H Hypnotherapy Great gym to learn martial arts, and improve/maintain your fitness in a friendly, controlled and civilised environment. I attend the boxing and kickboxing classes. Mihai is a fantastic teacher, hes very patient and professional and has a way of teaching that makes his classes fun, as well as challenging. I would highly recommend this gym.
