The AC on the floor where the treadmills are located hasn’t been working properly for a while now. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, but nothing seems to have been done about it.
Today, I waited at the reception for five minutes — no staff in sight. Eventually, I found the manager and a few other staff members outside, casually chatting. I brought up the AC issue again and explained that both units weren’t functioning properly. The response? A casual “OK, will look into it.”
When I mentioned that I’ve complained before, the manager asked who I had complained to and whether it had been logged — as if I’m supposed to track their internal processes. There was no apology, no concern, just deflection. Honestly, the customer service was appalling.
We pay a significant amount to use this gym — the least one can expect is basic amenities like working air conditioning and attentive staff. It’s shameful to see such disregard for members’ comfort and feedback.
