Theresa Forman I love Fearless Fit. I was recommended to this place from another member there and I always thought it looked so good. But I didn’t have the confidence and I was worried I wasn’t going to be as fit as all the other women. But I got the willpower to go. The moment I walked I felt at ease. Tez made me feel so welcome and explains what to do step by step. She’s been so supportive with my back and knee issues and always changes the moves to adapt to this. All the other women are so lovely. It’s definitely a little home from home. Would definitely recommend.

sian main Tom is a great PT. I have had some rubbish experiences with personal trainers so was nervous about trying someone new but he immediately made me feel at ease. The sessions are on a 4 week rotation which helps me stay focussed on specific exercises and achieving my goals. Sessions go by quickly and are fun and that’s at 7.30 in the morning!! Would thoroughly recommend him if you are looking for a new PT.

Holly Gill Absolutely loved the trapeze yoga class that my friend surprised me with! Such a great mixture of fun, strength, relaxation and lots more, plus Katy was lovely!! Look forward to returning to the lovely studio!

Sandesh DSouza Daughter loves it. The instructors are dedicated and will encourage and push your child as much as the child shows potential. Friendly staff, great place to be for kids, as they make friends, develop skills, enjoy the fun and get a lot of physical exercise!
