It is well maintained, staff are friendly, and there is so much on offer including the gym, pool, spa, diving, soft play, loads of classes, climbing, swimming lessons, a library, community centre, sports hall and squash courts. It is ideal for all ages and interests.

The atmosphere in small group training is always welcoming positive, and working out under the guidance of a professional personal trainer is so enjoyable and motivating.
