Im 73yrs of age but I knew I had to do something to get fitter and keep more active
The Bond fitness advertising video on Facebook convinced me to finally do something, after meeting with Henry and being told I wouldnt be their oldest client, I signed up for the trial sessions.
Although i found the first session hard, to my surprise I was able to keep up and was so impressed at how the trainers structured the sessions to suit varying abilities and fitness levels. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging to a newbie.
I have now done about 12 sessions, my fitness level and stamina has improved, Ive lost around 4-5lbs and an inch off my waist. I was also impressed and encouraged to get a phone call from Ellen asking how I was finding everything, had I got any issues or problems etc. I havent regretted taking this plunge at all, some sessions Ive found challenging but Ive pushed on through and feel great as a result. I thoroughly recommend Bond personal fitness, its certainly working for this old git !
