5 /5 Shannon Callaghan: Joining The Game Changer training is the best thing that I ever did. Previously, I have been a member of several other gyms which do not compare. I never would have imagined how committed I could become, I am always excited for my next session and feel genuinely sad when I can’t make it! The coaches are amazing and really care about you and your progress. When I first joined they adapted things for me and ensured that I could progress at my own pace. I now feel the strongest that I have ever been, thanks to the training and the nutritional support. I have also met some inspiring people and have made lots of friends too. It is an amazing community!

5 /5 Gaynor: I’ve been a member of the GC since August 2023. I intended to do the 6 week trial but here we are over 2 years later and 40lbs lighter. Jake, Charlotte, Ricci & Dave are all excellent coaches and between them they have enabled me to achieve more than I thought possible. The GC is more than a gym, it’s a community, the members are supportive and encouraging irrespective of age, strength or ability. As a 58 year old woman with RA, I can honestly say I am stronger and have more stamina than I had in my 30s. Thoroughly recommended!

Even my husband keeps commenting on how consistent and determined I’ve been - and that’s not by accident! Jake, Charlotte, and Dave create brilliant programmes every month that push you in all the right ways. They know exactly how to challenge you without overwhelming you, and their support has helped me smash goals I never thought possible. The atmosphere in the gym is amazing too - such a positive, encouraging community where everyone wants to see you win. If you’re thinking about getting stronger, fitter, and more confident - especially if you don’t know where to start, don’t hesitate. Game Changer is amazing! I’m so grateful I found them.
