5 /5 A. L.: Ive been training with Jonathan once a week for over 2 years now. Every sessions is different and the variety of exercises is excellent and ever growing. What I enjoy the most is that in every single sessions Jonathan will make sure I work the entire body and he explains clearly what each exercise aims to achieve. He has a good balance of being encouraging and supportive but also pushing you to challenge yourself. On a personal level, Jonathan is extremely easy going, friendly, funny and will engage with you socially during the sessions as little or as much you want.
