kaye rogers I found The Gym Group Milton Keynes at a time I felt a bit fed up living with pain... My first visit I was made welcome during a taster session which gave me the tools to start my journey. 5 months later I am still going 3 to 4 times a week. Staff are always welcoming and have time for you even when they are busy. The gym area is clean, as is the ladies changing area, I dont doubt its the same for the mens. Lots of regulars from those newbies up to the more commited... most days there is a good mix of men and women. Abdul and the staff gave me the confidence to try and the atmosphere to keep returning.

great linford Cerberus Fantastic Staff and Place!!! They allowed us to hold a Football Presentation here and wow it was just perfect!! The annex was the perfect size for our Under 14 team plus fit in all the team comfortably also. Special Mentions to Mo and Georgia there. They were so amazing and helpful!!

Emma Chauhan Been doing pilates with Alice for 7 years. She has seen me through 3 pregnancies, labours and post-partum recoveries and now through Covid with some much-needed me-time. I suffer from back and neck pain and having just done one of her recorded classes I feel like a new woman. Thank you Alice.

Josh Bonaiti At Varsity Nine Football & Education Programme, we have used Nuffield Health for a number of years now, and I can only say extremely positive things about the staff and the facility as a whole. We use the gym for general strength and conditioning plans, recovery sessions, and to support the delivery and assessment of our student-athletes working towards their personal training qualification. The facility is always brilliant, and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, who are always friendly, helpful, and able to accommodate any last-minute changes.

Olesya Liked strength class & Spin and working with my PT, Phil, he’s great! What I didn’t like was the small lockers and the layout at the entrance. When you walk in, there’s gym equipment right in the way and people exercising very close to the door. It felt a bit uncomfortable and intimidating as all eyes are on you when you walk in. I think the entrance area should be more open and equipment free to make it more welcoming. First impression is very important!
