The swimming teachers have all been patient and really encouraging, always friendly and provide good feedback. Reception staff are always helpful with changing lessons and again are always friendly with a smile when we arrive. I would highly recommend swimming lessons here !

kaye rogers I found The Gym Group Milton Keynes at a time I felt a bit fed up living with pain... My first visit I was made welcome during a taster session which gave me the tools to start my journey. 5 months later I am still going 3 to 4 times a week. Staff are always welcoming and have time for you even when they are busy. The gym area is clean, as is the ladies changing area, I dont doubt its the same for the mens. Lots of regulars from those newbies up to the more commited... most days there is a good mix of men and women. Abdul and the staff gave me the confidence to try and the atmosphere to keep returning.

Also keeping everyone disciplined and hard working. Great coaching, keeps everyone motivated, always keeping an eye out and helping students making sure they doing their best.
