Nigel Sholl Its an amazing place to learn Martial arts whilst still having fun, every person is taught to go at their own pace, the instructors are all excellent with great patience for students who need that little extra help, its more like a family than a club, the encouragement and help for the younger members from all at the club is great to see, I genuinely cant rate them highly enough. My son lacked confidence and was very shy when he started, he has been going for almost 3 years and has progressed well and made new friends, he loves going and being part of a fantastic community.

Karen Morrisette I was visiting from the U.S. and missing my swim time. I was very grateful for the day pass to enjoy the pool. I desperately needed to fill the hours between the site sighting excursions planned by my host family. The staff was kind and accommodating and locker/shower facilities were satisfactory. The hot tub wasn’t working one day and not hot the other, but the steam room was just what I needed to unwind. Although I was far from home, I felt perfectly comfortable.

Dian Hope Do you know what?? If you have some pounds and inches to lose, this really works if you follow the guidelines set by Charlie. Would definitely say DO IT. I really didnt think I would manage to stick with the program for 12 weeks and dreaded heading to my first bootcamp session. BUT Charlie promised this would change things for me and it has. So if you can tell yourself to give it a really good go, having to be accountable every day and report in with your calories, protein percentage and daily steps really does lead to some amazing results and actually the bootcamp sessions have been (almost) enjoyable. Thanks, Charlie, for giving me a real boost and setting me on the road to a healthier me.
