Pali’s depth of knowledge and passion for what she does are immediately evident. She takes the time to ensure proper form, posture, and technique, and is always considerate to each individual’s needs. Her classes are welcoming, enjoyable, and varied. They can be challenging, but they’re always engaging and never intimidating. Since starting, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my movement, balance, and coordination. I can’t recommend Pali highly enough!

The workouts are short, sometimes tough but achievable. As someone with a chronic illness, joining Hitsona has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I feel healthier overall, have fewer flare-ups, and even need less medication. James is understanding and encouraging, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Clare-ann Cambridge My son has been attending swimming lessons at Stantonbury and has made excellent progress. The swimming teachers have all been patient and really encouraging, always friendly and provide good feedback. Reception staff are always helpful with changing lessons and again are always friendly with a smile when we arrive. I would highly recommend swimming lessons here !
