5 /5 Vicki Lynch: I had surgery following a herniated disc in December 2022, this was preceded by 4/5 years of heavy weight training. Following the surgery, I was desperate to get back to fitness. I struggled on my own, and with other PT’s, who didn’t have the background knowledge to be able to help me without causing further pain, and risking further injury. I researched a lot of PT’s before I found Dwight, and I count myself really lucky that he happens to train at the Park Club, so close to home. I’ve been training with Dwight for the past 10 months, and in that time I have been absolutely blown away by his sheer depth & breadth of knowledge. Training with him is unlike anything I have done before, and every session I am enlightened a little bit further on the importance of posture & stability when undertaking any form of movement…to the extent that I’m convinced that if I had found him before my injury, then it never would have happened. In the 10 months we’ve been training together, I’ve gone from daily pain, which sometimes incapacitated me for days at a time, to almost zero pain. I still have a long way to go, but I know that by following Dwight’s ground-up methodology, I will find myself stronger, fitter, and more agile than I was pre-injury.
