Sarah Marshall I have never really liked exercise if I am totally honest and I have dipped in and out of it over the years. After signing up for the white collar boxing I was offered to attend Hatten Boxing on a Sunday ran by Kelly. I started to go to help me with my fight and started to really enjoy them. After my fight Kelly offered me a trial session at her boot camp and I really enjoyed it. I decide to sign up and have been going to enigma fitness MK for nearly 2 years. The classes accommodate everyone and Kelly and Catherine are both amazing, supportive and dedicated trainers who make the classes hard work but also a lot of fun and the ladies that attend are a lovely, friendly, supportive bunch! It is really like a family, I love it and would thoroughly recommend it! Its never to late to start and Kelly has made me love exercising and has helped to give me back my confidence! I cant recommend enigma fitness MK enough.

Kirsty Sharp Would highly recommend. My son has been attended for a few weeks now, he really enjoys it and has built his confidence. They are really good classes - great atmosphere and fun! Also keeping everyone disciplined and hard working. Great coaching, keeps everyone motivated, always keeping an eye out and helping students making sure they doing their best.

dawid kawa So far this place I good to training a lot of space ,there is few rooms for classes more space for free weight also area with punching bags and cross training and area for cardio so place for everyone. Always find space for a car even if not close to the gym you can park on road without any problems

Malcolm Geary Noel really brings the holistic approach to therapy with his huge breadth of knowledge. He did a wonderful job on a very old shoulder injury which had crept back over time and really helped with the discomfort. Very highly recommended!

Marinna I love Studio 281, especially Alisha. She makes every class a challenge and helps us improve every day. I wish she would teach more days a week.
