Inderpreet Chehal GDN Gym is absolutely amazing! The personal trainers are fantastic , so knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to share tips that make a real difference. I love how the classes are small, which means plenty of guidance and it never feels overwhelming. Booking PT sessions and classes is super easy and straightforward, which makes it really convenient for me to stay consistent. The atmosphere is friendly, motivating, and welcoming . I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough :)

Hequn Li My child has loved this martial arts club since joining the Tiny Tigers class. Now he’s moved up to the Ninjas class, and the instructors have been so patient and supportive in helping him transition. He really enjoys the new class , even though he’s one of the youngest, he’s becoming more and more confident. The teachers and assistants are all very kind and encouraging. We’re looking forward to the day he earns his first belt!

Holly Gill Absolutely loved the trapeze yoga class that my friend surprised me with! Such a great mixture of fun, strength, relaxation and lots more, plus Katy was lovely!! Look forward to returning to the lovely studio!

Nik Keegan Exceptional club where the trainers actually look after the boxers. The team is run under coach (Andy Gill) who is very talented and turns out the fittest and some of the best drilled fighters in the country. Whatever club you are at either amatuer or pro, if you think you have promise, you need to speak to Evolve,
