Robert Mitchell Brilliant facilities, amazing staff that are so friendly and always there to help and answer questions, this place offers a range of classes and different sports from boxing all the way to yoga, its a modern, clean and very relaxed environment I would be more than happy to recommend and cheaper than most other gyms in the area as well

Luke Not sure why this app has so many bad reviews, other than that maybe there is some sort of personal vendetta against the owners by an individual. It’s fairly obvious that most of the 1 star reviews are written by the same person and often mention the owners which would indicate someone has a personal issue and is making intentionally malicious reviews. I have used the app from its inception, and whilst there were initially a few bugs and teething problems, it’s has improved massively into a highly functional app that has worked perfectly every time for me. I have booked in to numerous gyms, including Basecamp and I’ve never had an issue. If people had a genuine problem with the app, they would just contact the support team, not go straight to Google and leave a 1 star review. Something stinks here and it’s not GymBuddy.

Basha Ahmed Weve had our daughters birthday party here, Wonderful place! to let the kids run and play around! Clean and tidy. I have to say its the best indoor soft play in Southampton! The staff are really friendly ,food is so good too, Pizza was excellent. thank you for making my darlings birthday so special.

Tracy long Hannah’s classes are the highlight to my week. She’s an amazing dance teacher and I have learned so much from all the choreography that she teaches us, as well as keeping fit and having such a good laugh!

A complete range of gym goers size wise, age wise and condition wise. A well equipped gym with friendly staff and fellow gym members ...Whats not to like?
